Where is your home office?

What were you up to before ThreeFlow?

As a product leader, I bring 10+ years of experience, including leadership through multiple “0 to 1” and hyper-growth situations in FinTech, InsurTech, and HRTech sectors. My teams have landed patents and been awarded Fast Company and Webby honorable mentions for health insurance technology product innovation. Today, millions of Americans access health insurance through innovative products that I have built from the ground up.

Before ThreeFlow, I was the Benefit Product leader at Gusto. Our team helped provide health and financial benefits to small business owners, employees, and families. During my two and a half years there, we grew our customer base by 3X, launched two new products, and expanded into nearly a dozen new states

Prior to that, I was an early employee at Collective Health, an employer benefits solution, joining pre-customer and pre-product. Four years later, we served hundreds of thousands of members at some of the best employers in the U.S.

Before Collective Health, I was on the “front lines” of Affordable Care Act health exchange roll-outs. My team built software to enable many millions of Americans to access affordable health insurance and health care (many for the first time). ‍

Why did you make the move?

Great product, great opportunity, great people. Having been immersed in group benefits and InsurTech for over ten years as a product leader, I've seen a lot. Still, I can say that ThreeFlow is one of the most novel and disruptive ideas out there! I was drawn to the chance to build upon the product, its success and help grow the team from 10s to 100s and beyond.

Finally, the team is exceptional. Ryan, Rich, and Shaheeb are high integrity, team-first founders with big dreams. And guess what? So is the broader team. I'm thrilled to be here and excited about the future.‍

How would you explain what you do to a third grader?‍

I work with designers, engineers, salespeople, and more to make an app that people love and can’t live without. The app is like Amazon or DoorDash, but instead of toys or food that you buy from suppliers or restaurants, the ThreeFlow app helps brokers and their clients buy group insurance. What are brokers and group insurance products, you ask? I’ll tell you when you’re older 🙂

‍What’s your favorite thing about your job?‍

Being able to help others learn, grow, and achieve amazing things.

What do you like to do for fun?

Lounge at home in front of the television.
