What were you up to before ThreeFlow? 

Before joining the team at ThreeFlow, I was a Senior Sales Representative at a major insurance carrier. I ran the Indiana and Kentucky territories focusing on life and disability, leave management, supplemental health benefits, and cross-selling with major medical, prescription, and dental solutions.  

I had the good fortune of working with top-tier brokers who shared my passion for sangrias, delicious guac, and, most importantly, creating a frictionless, value-driven customer experience. 

Why did you make the move? 

I couldn't pass up an opportunity to be part of an innovative company enhancing the industry I love. Candidly, for several years, I felt the pull to be part of a tech solution that offers enhancements, efficiencies, and clarity to the benefits selection process. On top of that, the vision and values of ThreeFlow resonated with me, so it was a perfect fit. 

I've been continually thrilled with joining the team.

How would you explain what you do to a third grader? 

I recently visited my daughter's 3rd-grade class and was asked the same question. I said that I have a cool job where I share the good news of a technology solution that provides new ideas and an easier way of working. 

I compared ThreeFlow's entry to be similar to the change from how their parents played Mario Bros. on the Nintendo in the 90s to how they play Mario Bros. on the Nintendo Switch today. They giggled and said, "You must be making things WAY better!"

What's your favorite thing about your job? 

My favorite thing about my job is the people I have the opportunity to collaborate with, both internally and externally. 

Internally, the ThreeFlow team is brilliant, forward-thinking, and fun. It's inspiring to work with such a talented crew. Externally, the carrier leadership teams I work with are expert employee benefits leaders and ready to push boundaries together. 

Each day offers fresh ideas, new challenges, and partnerships to pursue excellent solutions.

What do you like to do for fun? 

In my spare time, I look for joy and adventure each day. I love to be active - jogging, weight training, walking my dog, and biking with my family. I enjoy live music and stand-up comedy. I love to travel, especially to a warm beach or spot with historical significance.
